Are you saying that this is you first gear?
That has to have happened over a long period. My za50 shudders, the synchromesh made it better. But after seeing this today I swapped out my first gear and the shuddering is much much better, but not gone going into first.. I'm adding a really thin shim to see if it goes away completely.
