Amazon sells packs of 240 grit deburring bits for $10ish; shanks fit perfectly in a dremel (esp if you have the jacobs chuck adapter). These A) have nice reach, and B) are pretty forgiving if you slip a bit.

I mean, I wouldn't use it for removing material, but for cleaning edges, drawing lines, mm widening, etc. they rock.
