Stock crank on 70cc kit will it last?

Re: Stock crank on 70cc kit will it last?

My maxi with an airsal, 15 Bing and estoril was around 1500miles when I sold it...I did need to replace and ream a new small end bushing around 1000 ...motor was tired tho, urs might not need it...did the bearings and seals in there somwheres too. But that was just preventative..

Gear high, 19x35 or more

As long as you keep it tuned and ride normal and don't push it to the limit it will last a long time

That’s nothin

Need 20x35 minimum

On my kitted za50s 50s run at least 21x35 but reed kitted and hi powered

Many za50 cranks don’t even have a needle bearings on the big end,

It’s best to run reed type kit on a za50 because the carburetor takes a way larger jet that a piston port type kit which means more oil gets into the crankcase crankand bearings,

A flipped second gear clutch is a must to Take a vantage of the first gear and to make the transmission act like a two speed Chevy powerglide automatic transmission with full and part throttle kit down so you’re never stuck without being in the powerband

Just don't run a high revving pipe and it will last forever.
