they used to sell them but good luck finding one now. maybe you can punch it out to 44 and make a piston port airsal work.
I had that same thought and was wondering if the measurements from wrist pin to top edge was the same...
Why would you bother with a piston port kit ! Any any kind of reed kit, Polini or treats reed kit, Athena reed kit blows all those pp kits paway plus gives more oil gas mix to the carter bearings! don’t run any of those piston port kits when you could run a 2 o 4 pedal reed kit! what’s the matter with you ! running lean with good gas mixture going into the Carter or the whole engine!
trust me most of my Polini or Gila kits built over 10 years ago are still strong running strong ! yeah true some of my Piston port kit with 14mm bing are running strong though I don’t own them anymore !
Piston port kits rip just the same as reed valve. I know my mk80 was much faster than the same exact set up on a Gila. Piston port vs. Reed induction are equally reliable, maybe reeds are less so as I have been stranded and had to make beer can reeds before to get home.

That is a great tip to keep in mind! Never thought about usin a can to make reeds! Definitely find some kind of aluminum can on the side of the road.
