The other side was easier, I got it tacked good. It’s gonna take a shit load of bolts and nuts for this one. Also cutting a square notch out of the frame using the tile cutter.

It fits so far, thinking of lowering the engine and having the pulley as close, line up the rear and work backward.

Tie wired the pipes in. They are the same length for now, it’s going to be a challenge to keep’m.

Patched the tank, The engine is going to be a tight fit, even with the center shifted to the stator side. Sledgehammer!

Proma circus side pipes looks to fit with some modifuckation and fuckery.

Re: Fuckin around in the shed

Maybe if you time the motors to spark in opposition , you could get away with a single pipe .

That might be a challenge . ;)

I feel like the pipe would need to be tuned for twice the actual rpm for that to work. Maybe sync them and run a pipe tuned to total displacement?

Backed up a fuzz.. Straightened up the engine mount. All the bolts tight, engines parallel and level with each other. Welded to the spacer block. I can sheet the bottom and make it a lot stronger and easier to fuck with attaching the pulley.

It might work if I can get it right oN. I’m going to be spinning it til it’s right. Weld the fuq out of it. I think the 2 other belts would stress it more than the rear pulley belt action. But I’m going to brace the bearing block as good, it’s going to need it every which way !

I hacked off the junk crank that fits the variator boss I.d. Gotr cleaned up, the cheek diameter fits in the back side of the other cheek nice.

8B060339-CB6A-4A80-A139-44D62DFDFB82.jpeg

Check the 120mm diameter laying on top, compared to a GY6 pulley. It’s the same thickness of material, only difference is the center. Good to know it’s in the neighborhood of size stuff.

It’s all together, I added 4 plug welds, drilled thru the cheek, around the variator boss to lock in the center even more. it’s on there! :)

CFC4275D-97AF-413E-A7DE-F54E19CE5D4E.jpeg

Now I’m really gonna have to brace the bearing block. and still hope the pulleys line up. Ha :/

But Heck yeaH! That was a big deal.

Looks like I’m gonna have to hack more frame bars, rearrange it for the thing to fit.

So take the tape and scribe the other bar straight down 2” and it’ll fit when it gets there,

It don’t look like much but I had to slice off another inch, move it forward, tack the frame piece in good. Suspend it in place to check the belt outcome, that’s more like it!

Haduhh turn the head. The pipes were hitting the frame causing it to not move forward.

It is tight fellas.
