anyone know which clutch I should be getting for a Honda NU50 - I've read the description but don't see anything that says it will fit a NU50.

its the 107mm for the piaggio / gy7; i just got one from scoot-tuning.ca.
See Jack's link above.
Have the Gy6 on all of my girls. Red springs to go with.
Don't have a clutch on yours, or just tweaking?
It's easy if you have a good strap wrench and a 14 mm wrench to take the nut off.
The hard part is the skill to get the stiff springs on without having them shoot across the floor or take an eye out Christmas story style
With proper kit setup mods it will try to lift the front end off the ground with the Red Springs.
That is if you do things right but you got a long ways to go.
And if you can't go 50 plus with 16/16 SHA..
You're not doing it right yet.
You won't find stiffer springs for the stock clutch. The only thing that might help a little is to lighten the shoes.
The GY6 just pops right in.
While you have the clutch open, if you have hills where you live you may want to pop in a yellow contra spring as well. It really helps pulling up the hills.

Yeah the yellow spring and combine that with 3 gr to 3.3 gr rollers.
Don't run the red contra spring you lose too much power (edited)
Are you talking about off the line acceleration, or top speed? My stock Urban was unbeatable off the line, with lighter weights, lighter clutch arms, and milled head, no filter on stock airbox, one of those racing cdi boxs, and most importantly, a stock belt, I miss her,
I notched the vario too, but that doesn't help off the line
Notice, all those mods are free, (except cheap cdi box, $15) 37-38mph
Shit now he's going to start a new thread on how to get the big nut off how to change the clutch and Contra spring.
Correction make that two new threads
Or 5 If he starts one for each of the clutch springs.
And then another thread for the belt..
And two more just with repeated questions
Fucking millennials they're fucked up in every country.
It's a God damn Global disaster.
