How long should I make the header?
I'm making an expansion chamber and I need some advice...

Just cut stock header and weld it on, should match up pretty good, and clear pedals to.

No need for a header if your doing a jet engine swap

It should work fine if you make the header pipe 27 ft long

I'm going to try to keep the engine mild, maybe 65cc, I don't want to get crazy. I think you might be right, Ken. Maybe I should build another moped to trail behind me and carry the cones?

jason you should just weld two mopeds together length wise. you can have two headers one for each bike.

Use the pipe as your frame, mount engine inside the chamber, header problem solved. You will need a trailer for the stinger though.

I think we need to see how far can one go and get away with convincing cops its a "moped" maybe a multi cylinder snowmobile engine cvt and functioning pedals.
