Unique rear brake arm on hub - Hero Ankur

So I went out and bought myself and Hero Ankur even after my friends suggesting I go walk away from the deal.

Overall I am very happy with it and can see a lot if restrictions that can be easily removed for better performance. I am however stumped by this rear brake hub. It needs a cable stop but I cannot think of a moped that uses a similar brake arm for me to take from.

See attached; you can see that the brake arm is a single layer so that any knarps from autozone will slip right out. It is not a complete circle so I cannot use the vespa style cable stops. I would rather not jimmy together a solution especially when dealing with brakes so if anyone can point me in a direction for the proper cable stop I would be grateful.
