Makes me want to keep my tomos/a tomos instead of selling one after I get one.
In other words I don't keep tomoses around as a full use bike because it would need to go 50-55 mph with no clutch issues and I build once and done, don't want to mess with the bike except to do routine maintenance.
I haven't owned or saw a fast kitted tomos that could go a few years let alone a few months without messing with the clutch.
Would the second gear clutch need to be a hammer clutch too? Because a big problem is no slip or a high upshift between first and second you fall off the pipe or bogs at low speed.
I mean with oil type and gearing I'm at 16-17 mph up shift but the same on a za50 in at 32 mph upshift with a 23 mph downshift (perfect).
My a55 and a35 engines I had don't downshift to near stopped well maybe 8-10 mph and then it protests On like a hill. A tomos engine first gear just seems like it was designed to be just starter gear nothin else .
