I want you to tell something about this cylinderset.
Benji and Chris(www.puchshop.de) made a special order @ Airsal
1. You don't really need to weld your casehalves if you own the E50 kickstart cases. Those cases are a bit bigger then the normal e50 cases.
It also fits nicely on a za50 engine.
2.If you use normal e50 casehalves, make your own gasket. Make it bigger then normal as long as it is airtight.
3.You can't make the inlet mutch bigger because else your dremel through the base of cylinder. Better make the exhaust bigger (wider)
This cylinder rocks! Better then a mk75 bigport and a little less than a Gilardoni74.
I tried it on a za50 with a non flipped 2nd clutch and some thicker oil(15w40) and even in the 2nd gear it slips a bit when you take a fast turn!
About the noise.. its not more noisier than any other 74cc cylinder. Its depends of what kind of airbox/exhaust your using.
Talking about the exhaust. Best performance is using a Homoet6P or a Simonihi exhaust. I even tried it with..we called it a RS-Cigar..28mm dia. and still its was going like a rocket. Topspeed was about 85km/h with allmost standard sprockets e50 like(16-45) Best you can use is 16-42 on a e50. ZA50 you can best use 21-40. Topspeed is then around 95km/h.
