I have a stock Pinto with a huge 72 bing carb and stock exhaust and stock air filter. The problem is i'm getting 23 at best and my plugs get fouled after a couple of weeks!! I just wanna go faster then the guy riding in the bike lane. But around 30-40? which exhuast and air filter do you recommend for a stock e50?

put a lifan on it.
down jet a couple sizes, too rich will cause you to have less power and foul plugs.
do you mean a 14mm bing with a 72 jet?
Get a metal mesh filter and a techno circuit pipe and rejet your carb
how does 68 sound?
