So, this has turned into more of an A35 Tuning thread, but it's all good. Thought I would add a bit from my testing the other day.
Went down to a 65 jet because the 70 was still reading slightly rich on the plug. I dont have a temp gauge so I don't actually know how hot it's getting in there, but it doesnt 4 stroke as bad in the mid range as it did with the 70 main (and opens up a little better on top). Also switched out to a 4F15 needle, slightly richer needle but in combo with the 65 main jet, works great (at middle position right now). Also found out that the 15 idle jet was too small, went to a 17.5, still too small (would only idle with the choke on). It ran fine the other day with the 15, but maybe it was something about the weather, don't really know. May go back to the 30 as I don't really have any other idle jets and although the 30 is rich, it idled pretty well.
Still wishing I had some asphalt to ride on to really get some testing in, can't ride this thing on the street (Id get pulled over in a millisecond).
