I am having the same problem except I don't have a performance pipe yet.

I bored out my SHA and intake to 14mm.

Port matched.

Widened transfers.

Raised the exhaust port 1mm and widened it

Topping out right around 30. I got a tecno circuit coming next week. I will let you know if I can break the stupid 30mph barrier with the pipe.
