I have tomos streetmate. I tried getting my idle lower so i moved down my air/fuel ratio. Once i did that it has been difficult to start my moped. On the first kick it starts but stays alive for less than a second than dies and starts right up on second kick. Also once started i have to continuesly give gas for about 30 seconds until you can hear it get warm and then it is alright. If i dont let it warm up moped goes VERY slow until it is warm. Does this mean my air or fuel needle is to low, the fuel needle is pretty far in because i tried to get it to start better but no luck.
