Because of this input, I have decided to either get the 19 MM Racing Dellorto or 17.5 Dellorto PHVA.
I am going to mount this in the Stock intake AFTER I widen the inlet to match the Carb ID. Yes, I know this is not the perfect solution but until I see an Intake Manifold of the correct size with smooth bends it will have to do. Also the Venturi Effect of fast air being restricted then released should speed up the fuel Ram effect (At least that is my hope). If it runs like Crap I will remove it until I can either buy or make what I want.
I like the idea of the electric Choke but the Fuel Bowel looks like it will not fit and I do not know if I can swap my fuel bowel on the 17.5
The 19 Racing also has issues, 2 as I can see the adjustments are on the left side vs the Right side on the stock. Second, it looks like I will need to modify the CHoke and install a cable or some kind of operating device.
