Update: I ground down the fins and lapped the intake surface until it was nice and shiny. I made all of my own gaskets with the good thick paper and I used Motoseal on all of the gaskets. I double checked the length of all of my bolts and they were spot on. I red Loctite'd every bolt. It's been leak free since the last build and it ran beautifully during the NYC rally.
