The take-off might have been a little slower after the port job (being 110 pounds is hard to tell subtle low-end drops) but the map i gave you will complement a circuit pipe like the mamba nicely. With stock gears it should be a nice torque-y build topping out low 40s... get a 12t in front for 45 and a little less grunt down low.
I've personally never used a mamba (mounted a puch tecno circuit on my V1 cause mambas were outta stock) but I hear nothing but good reviews. So yeah grab a mamba... with the moderate porting you'll have a nice round-town bike.
In terms of the SHA... just make / buy a hi-flow air-filter for it, unless it needs replacing in which case you should get perhaps a 15.15 and a wider intake to match to your cylinder. ain't nothin wrong with the smaller dellortos though. except perhaps the lack of an adjustable needle.
