ok so i found out why the bitch wont spark.. the charge col that i soldered on had a connection break to its right side.. so i am letting my buddy, who owns a computer repair shop, solder it for me.. he is a beast when it comes to soldering or low voltage stuff.. wish me luck as i hope this is the last electrical issue i have to deal with on this qt... i will try and do a proper plug chop today as well
the charge coil is now soldered on properly and the bike fires up first kick :). she is running extremely rich on the idle.. i have the needle clip in the second position from the top, went to a 75 main jet and stock pilot.. still running rich. think ill throw the stock jet back in there and see if it helps.. still haven't opened her up WOT yet; been cruising half throttle and not running her for longer than about 10 mins at a time because the motor feels really hot. i mean the spark plug cap is not even touchable really after only 10 mins of cruising half throttle.. what will happen when i open her up is my concern
Head on down to Harbor Freight and pick up one of these Laser Thermometer dealies. I use mine all the time to figure out which cylinder of an engine isn't firing or if there is any blockage in an exhaust manifold. You can spot read the temp and find where the hot spot is. If you use it over time, you will be able to figure out where it should be and how much of a difference whatever change you just made really had on the temp.

i will pick one up asap but i think why im having problems is the motor cant breathe.. the stock exhaust is just no where near what it needs to be to handle the new added compression.. whenever i rev it while its on its stand the exhaust has smoke coming out of every bolt hole and i can just feel the air from the engine coming out.. it needs an tomos a35 biturbo :) hopefully that will help with the heat issue. i ride it for about 6 miins half throttle and it mkes this loud ass screech noise and the dies.. i let it cool off for about 30 mins and she will fire right up and do the same thing.. she will idle though forever without dying. i went back to the stock jet and no love on making it run less rich. whenver she idles the back tire spins soooooo fast.. i have the idle screw turned abnormally far out and the air screw out about 1 turn.. even with the air screw in in doesnt change any..
Is your oil injector working properly? I know they are prone to failure..... Much safer to ditch the injector and premix your own gas, peewee cycle.com sells a sweet oil injector block-off plug for clean install.
