Turn the air mix screw 1 3/4 out and the idle speed screw all the way in. Make sure the idle screw is actually MOVING the throttle butterfly, if the mechanism is bent on top it won't do anything.

Dial back the idle speed screw until you have a good idle.

If it doesn't idle with the choke on and it set like this, something isn't cleaned right or you have a crank seal leak (most likely).
