So putting new forks on a Ciao, Original ones had the bottom race on the forks, bottom cup (pressed or screwed) into the bottom of the headtube. Top race is pressed/screwed into the top of the headtube and there's a threaded cup that screws down.
How have you guys made this work with new forks. I've never seen how forks with a triple tree are set up. Saw the buzzetti new bearing set at treats, but it's out of stock.

what forks are you tryin to put on your ciao? i really dig my grande forks and i know a lot of people like the ciao (triple tree version) ebrs. you are going to need to buy the buzzetti headset from treats, or find another one that is compatible. i think you can use the cups that are already pressed in, but there are different types depending on the year. a picture might help.
otherwise its super easy to set up, and forks with an actual triple tree ride waaaay better
