First off, welcome to MA and congrats on joining the two-stroke life. An A3 Tomos is a great choice for your first moped, as parts are plentiful, the bikes are pretty high-quality and reliable, and--as you seem to have noticed already--even a stock (or in this case, nearly stock) Tomos is pretty fast.

No one is going to kit your moped for you for free. However, there are plenty of people that will help you out, give some recommendations, etc.

What I would recommend is that before you even think about kitting, get used to doing basic, regular maintenance on your Tomos. Learn how to clean the carb, re-jet, and change the spark plug.
