OK so I got a new gauge and I'm still getting the same reading. I did a leak down test by putting the piston at TDC and filling the combustion chamber with 100 psi and it held the pressure. I bought new gaskets when I reassembled the top end and my only guess is that the head gasket is too thick. Has anyone had this problem?
