Re: Metrakit E50 flooding issue WTF
Stock head would run fine, but there is no point that is not your problem. More compression means more efficient burning. You could need a hotter plug if you are running like a B9, but even then I doubt that would be your problem.
Are you running stock timing? Stock timing would make you act rich. However, in this case I doubt that is the problem, since it is not slightly off but way off.
I can only see it being two things:
1. You are jetted wrong. As the bike warms up it needs a leaner jet.(This is why bikes have chokes) Once warm the big is too rich and killing itself. What your describing could be this. The opposite could be true. You could be getting and air leak when the bike heats up and expands which is causing a lean state, though I doubt it.
2. You do not have good spark. I know you just replaced everything and claim that it is all good. But typically when a condenser goes bad, it runs great at first and then after about 5 minutes the spark gets worse and worse till it does not work. Once the condense cools again, it sparks fine. I know you said that your condenser is new, but sometimes they are bad from the start.
