Vic I don't know what you are talking about because

1) All I did and am offering to do is mill out the center of the sprocket and the bolt holes to make a tomos sprocket fit on a Derbi

2) You certainly could CNC a sprocket and have the teeth be perfect, the issue is that it won't be quite as durable as one that was forged, though case hardening it would help.
