Using a Tomos Rear Sprocket on a Derbi

Noah K /

I used this sprocket, a 24T: http://www.treatland.tv/tomos-A35-moped-rear-sprocket-42-5mm-p/tomos-a35-rear-sproket-42.5mm.htm break>

Basically you have to machine the center bore out to 53 mm and enlarge the bolt holes while moving them out 1 mm. Tomos A35 sprocket bore is 42.5 mm, Derbi sprocket bore is 53 mm. Tomos bolts holes are 7 mm and at a diameter of 62 mm where Derbi bolt holes are 8 mm and at a diameter of 64 mm.
