Sachs won't hunt
Here is the build:
Sachs 505/1D rebuilt bottom end, case matched ports
70cc Athena Kit
Flipped 15mm intake, 16mm PHBG 66 main jet (4 stroking a bit)
Techno Bullet pipe hacked and welded
The spark is great, the compression is awesome, no air leaks, good fuel flow. The exhaust came with the bike when I purchased it, and the welding job is terrible, so it leaks a little bit.
The bike will not go over about 20, and it takes a long time to get there. The front and rear sprockets both look really small, although I have not counted the teeth.
Could this just be a matter of gearing? Everything else is close to perfect. Any other ideas?
Oh, and I don't want to hear about how I am going to destroy the clutch. Thanks y'all!
