Cant see any moped needing a carb bigger than 30mm, a 1340cc harley runs in between a 40 and 50mm carb.But most built harleys run a max of 7000 rpms. Only thing good that will come out of a bigger carb is more RPMs. A 80cc or 90cc if it gets revved up high enough could probably hold it, THEORETICALLY u could hit 20000 rpms if you could get a carb that big to work right.A 80or 90 cc motor at 14000 rpms might not be able to suck more anymore than through a 26 mm if you go up to 28 im sure you would get a higher max rpm maybe 16000.I think CV Constant Velocity carbs might be worth looking into.
