Not like I'm an expert, but I think you have a good general idea of what you need. If you want to get really technical, you should read some Jennings/Bell and do some google searches about two stroke expansion chambers. You can (and people do) calculate out the dimensions of their pipes to get the speed characteristics they want, and if you do it right, it'll rip. Even if you don't want to do the calculations and make your own pipes, knowing how each of the dimensions affects the pipe's performance can help you pick the right pipe for your setup. Also, there are dimensions for some of the Puch pipes are linked under each pipe here if you want examples and such.
