i have one.
remove your belt then put a pice of card board in between the outside pulley cheek and the blue pice. then put the belt back on. and if you dont want to do that you can just wrap your belt(the one around your waist) around the fly wheel and pull!!!!
It is not as hard as is sounds. You can use anything laying on the road, like cigarette butts, small rocks, pieces of bark or dog poo as long as it is dry.
