man, my shit is damn near rattle free. it took a lot of welding and loctite to make it that way, and every few days some part of the silencer, or some bracket or some shit gets a crazy rattle. i had a weird exhaust rattle that only hit in the middle range of rpms for a while, it sounded like shit but if you launch levered with it, it would make a super good za50 like two speed shifty sound and chirp the belt. all while sounding like a trash can full of scissors falling down the stairs.
you know i'm also in love with that whole clutch/variator assembly. i took out two balls, i now have four in a kinda bowtie like configuration. more git. why can't all clutches be like that? 3 shoe? nah i got 1 big flat sideways shoe. i was telling my buddy that disc looks like asbestos. asbestos fucking rules for shit like that. it just kills people, clutches and brakes and things love it. i haven't taken the variator apart yet. that shit looks tech in there. i got a metal turning lathe in the house, i could make my own weights right? hmm. i don't have a wrench that big yet anyway.
now i just want to find another jug. port it more. i kinda just want to save this one, it works great!
