doesn't it also work like popping the clutch in a normal motor bike? hold in clutch, rev, let out really fast, revs drop like crazy but the inertia of the piston and crank are transferred to the back wheel for a shock of power. usually making a bike that normally can't wheelie do so. i think thats how it works or else i have no idea why some french would use it on their all out drag bikes.
