Smaller Front Sprocket for Batavus m56

My Bat is doing awesome for a mostly stock Batavus. However, the custom pipe I made for it kicks in a bit to late, and really cant add anything unless I am fully tucked and trying to blast. Right now it kicks in around 32 to 33mph and is good until around 38. The only problem is getting the Bat to 32 in the first place. I would like to run a smaller front sprocket so I could reach higher rpm's sooner and better utalize the pipe. I believe that the stock m56 front sprocket is a 22.

So, has anyone done this or know where to go to find the sorta weird sprocket that is on the m56. or would it be easier to go bigger on the rear wheel.
