anyways, i really didn't mess around with port windows. however i case matched and opened up the exhaust. I polished the exhaust port and everything (i know thats not necessary). its awesomely huge for stock. before, the exhaust was like 15 mm and off center and just plain crappy. now it is 17mm and at its widest point at the end it is a full 20mm. and did i mention polished? its beautiful. I really thing it will compliment my pipe. also, i made a slightly thicker base gasket. not much thicker at all so i doubt i will notice anything. I also shaved my head as far as i dared and buffed the mating surfaces of both the head and the cylinder so i don't get any leaks. Im gonna assembly it in a second, but first i'm gonna make a port map of the stock vespa cylinder (doesn't seem to be a lot out there). I'm also gonna play around with timing a bit once it gets warmer. I'll tel ya l how it runs in a few minutes.
