Well, thing is the tranny/clutch is kind of the weak point in the tomos powertrain.

If you are going to be trying to make the bike fast, you might be kind of selling your car for gas money, you know?

If you wanted to get some use out of your CNC you would lighten and balance your flywheel. That will take out some rotating mass and let you rev a little higher.

I mean if you want to try it, go ahead. Tomos parts are pretty cheap and easy to get, so it wouldn't be a terribly expensive or hard to reverse experiment.
