Easy fella; they're all the same, but for different displacements. Stay away from the 90cc pipe, it's made for huge cylinders, which will make it hit pretty late on smaller cylinders. The other two are the same pipe, just different silencer designs.
You'd have to hack-n-weld, cut-n-paste any of those pipes to really work on a Tomos though. At the very least, you'd have to get creative with a mount. If I were you, I'd grab a Tomos Estoril (not my favorite pipe ever, but works pretty well, especially for midrange), a JCams intake/carb, go 55, and call it done.
