74 ciao pipe

ok so ive got a basically stock vespa ciao, i changed the pulley and belt from a stock 92 mm to the 70mm to give it a little more high end. its going about 27 right now, id like to have it be able to hit about 35mph so which pipe would you recommend preferably off of treats, price isnt a big deal im willing to through down some cash on it to get it moving

Re: 74 ciao pipe

anything simonini or a polini top one. Techno Circuit could probably do the job, but you said money wasn't a huge factor.

Re: 74 ciao pipe

i would say stay away from the simo pipes if your gonna keep the engine stock. most of the simo pipes have a really high powerband meaning they wont start to kick in untill 35 or so. go polini or one of the circuit ones

Re: 74 ciao pipe

I like my polini top one a lot.

I also just got a simo proline for my grande, and it is the shit.

Both of those are on variated vespas, and I donno if yours is or not.

Re: 74 ciao pipe

thanks for the tips, im debating on going with the techno circuit pipe or possibly the polini top one, im leaning towards the polini, what ya think?

Re: 74 ciao pipe

love my top one too.

Re: 74 ciao pipe

Re: 74 ciao pipe
