I took an internal combustion engines class in college, it had nothing to do with 2 strokes and involved wayyyy more stoichiometry than I expected. It was like chemistry for car guys.

I did get a really nice book from the class about 4 stroke engines and chemical engineering in engines. I also got an old book my dad had used for the same class. I havent really read either one.
