Hitting 50 mph on a Hobbit - as easy as I think?

So, I've been reading the performance tuning spreadsheet and looking at Peter's specs and it looks as though he's hitting 55 mph with a kit, modded variator, and a pipe. Am I missing anything here?

As my Hobbit sits right now, I've got a Proma Circuit and Boyesen reeds. I can get close to 40 on flat ground.

I'm waiting for the DR kit to be back in stock at Treats, then I'll be picking up one of those.

I'm also going to trim my variator walls. I need to pick up some PA50I weights. Where can I find these? Anything else I need for the variator mods?

Is the kit just a bolt-on? Something I can do with basic tools, right?

Is the variator easy to get at as well? The trimming job doesn't seem all that difficult...

I know I'll need to upjet too. Peter runs a "90." So I'll need to pick one of those up. Where can I buy jets?

Thanks! Would be awesome if I could have this thing hitting 50-55 on level ground!
