how exicatly do you port the engine to make the kit work
Look in the WIKI pal.
As I had stated a month and a half ago when you first asked this question I will do the engine for you for $100 plus the cost of new bearings and seals and shipping both ways. No offense, but based on your previous posts, I don't think that you have the skill set needed to do this job correctly. As was previously stated, it requires that you disassemble the entire engine, crack the crank case, and port match the case to the cylinder. You then must either modify your piston or shim the cylinder in order for your ports to open fully. When you are in the cases you SHOULD replace the main bearings and seals. New gaskets will then need to be made, the case reassembled, clutch, electrics, and cylinder re-installed, and then it needs to be bench tested and tuned.
whats bench testing?
I told him in my email that I would throw it on my frame and make sure that everything is running proper. I have the same carb and pipe setup that he has. I know a dude that actually made a bench engine stand that would could mount the engine in and start it with a drill to actually test it on the bench.
Wouldn't starting the engine with a drill just back the flywheel nut right off?
I don't know what to think about this thread
