I am in the final stages of building 2 motorized bicycle/moped with a 5.8hp Morini 50cc motor, i am looking for a exhaust specialist in the south east area of the USA to build a competive exhaust/muffler .the exhaust header is 39.3mm, i have the diagram for the exhaust(stock) but looking for a knowledgable builder

Hey Ffreddie, What you got for a stock m01? I don't really wanna do much to it, but I have a slow as shit Gloria Scout- all stock- If you have a nice lil pipe that would give it a bit more I might be interested.
i have 2 engines both are Franco Morini
1st : s6-t 5.8 hp
2nd : s6-s 9.4hp
1st one i have 3 1'4 clearance to the front of the frame from the base of the exhaust header
2nd one i have 5" to the frame clearance

where are you located?
did you ever consider using a pipe thats already made for these? i know the only ones they make are motocross style pipes but the pro circuit pipes for these can give an extra horse power.
yes i have, but i would hate to cut up $200 to $400 of specific pipe and refabing it only to loose the advantage it was built for. i really just need some exhaust specialist who can work with me and see if it is worth making more than just one of these, we are trying to run the salt flats in 2010 so it has to be right (pretty would be great too..thanks

i am looking for 2 right now, 25 is the goal. We still have some design fabrication and safety concerns we are working on.... you got me on the powerband but i will do some research, it seems to be a science. we are trying to fabricate an American made moped with quality and care...and have some fun racing...let me know if you have someone in mind.thanks
