i have a puch maxi i just bought a proma gp pipe ,havent installed it yet im on vacation right now.my carb is a 15mm bing by the way.anyway these are the things im going to put on my moped a 65cc metrakit,a 70cc high compression head,proma gp pipe,and a high flow air filter. what range of speed will i go when i install all this?

buy about 10 jets different size for tuning also. You will need to tune the carb for it to run right on the kit and pipe combo.
we don't know what your bike is geared at or whether you have an e50 or a za50. we also don't know how good of a tuner you are or if you are going to case match to your new kit, etc, etc, etc, etcccccccccccccccc.
long story short, it's impossible to say. hopefully faster than you go now.
its an e50 engine gearing i have no idea its been the same since ive bought it. the gearing wouldnt really matter would it? cause im only 5 foot 3 and 100 pounds and i have a friend that is helping me out with tuning jetting etc
kyle, the gearing is a big factor in determining torque/top speed. just count the teeth on your rear sprocket/front sprocket and then you'll know the ratio.
but yeah, it all depends on how well you tune it, and if everything is properly installed. that setup should be able to reach high 40s no problem, unless theres a huge leak or its jetted wrong or the timing is off, etc., etc., in which case it will go a lot slower.

anywhere from 0mph-60mph depending on how good of a job you do and what your setup is.
two people have have the same carb, kit, and pipe, one could be topping out at 39, the other could be topping out at 65. thats not the only determining factors. making an engine run is not an exact science, gaining high speeds is.
and it makes no difference what you weigh, different gearing will still result in different top speeds. the higher the ratio, the more torque, lower top speed. lower the ratio, less torque, higher top speed...whether you weigh 100lbs or 400lbs.
65mph on a 65 metra with a bing?...pffft...no way.....maybe 55mph TOPS .

If you scroll down to where ur kit is, then search across and see what set up best matches yours.
It'll give you a good "Some basic Idea of what Jet to start tuning with (vice notta) & it shows you what kinds of speeds THEY are hitting with that set up.
Back up even further, if ur just shopping around You should be doing ur home work first & studying the Spreadsheet to Lean what set ups are doing what.

obviously he's new to kitting and wouldn't be doing anything more then case matching, if that. so metra 65 with 15 bing and stock gearing = around 40mph! 78-84jet depending on filter!!
there is more than one stock gearing.
