4 stroke and 2 stroke tuning are not the same.
As far as hills go, you CAN get a bike to "blast" up hills with a Biturbo, (I live in SF - hilly as fck) but it usually takes a bit of clutch tuning and proper carb tuning. I would also recommend a reed valve kit over a piston ported kit for quicker reponse. If you don't know the difference, then maybe you shouldn't go there yet.
I built Heathers bike (refer to the tuning sheet) and it goes up hills almost as fast as my variated VLX (well almost...)...with a piece of shit 3 year old biturbo...lol.
Also, keep in mind whatever kit you get, know exactly what you need to make everything work. You don't want to buy something and find out that it won't bolt on without doing this or that. Do your research and search the forums as much as you can.
