Define your idea of "best". Everyone has different needs. Whats your riding style? Do you need lots of torque? Do you lots of speed? What's your riding style? Do you slow down and accelerate out of curves? Do you have lots of hills in your area?
Kits are like pipes. Each has its own powerband. that powerband can be changed, but for a newbie, you won't know how to do that yet. You'll learn soon enough if you knew enough to put performance questions in the performance section. Thats a hell of a lot more than some newbies here! lol.
I'm sorry I really can't help you any more, because I honestly havn't run many different kits (only a few metrakits, tccds, kstars, and swiss cheese stock cylinders)
