well just got the compression tester in thew mail testing my PSI, my ped put out 200 PSI cold, so i took it for a ride to get it warmed up to test again warm... well while riding about 1/4 throttle cruising about 37-40 it makes a loud POP! and looses all compression, i was thinking the whole time peddling back to my house that i blew a hloe in my piston for have so much compression and tooo advanced timing.... but i really dont think that is the case anymore.... i think the piston circlip is to blame, it didnt come out all the way but a tiny chip off the end of broke and some how got into the roller bearing and caused it to fail ! heres some pics, and a cool one of a piece of the roller stuck in the piston head...
the cylinder is fine though, thank god i got one more piston..
