I bought a hi-comp head from Treats. The plug cavity is deeper - it needs a deep-reach plug. A standard B5HS has a reach (threaded part) of 1/2" (about 13mm, including gasket).
I found THIS online - a handy NGK code chart to figure out what plug you need. It looks like I need a BR5ES... well I can't find one in the NGK catalog but it looks like I can get BR7ES (as the hottest).

lower number is hotter. Get a b7es or b8es.
autozone stocks the ES plugs more commonly than the HS.

the "R" means resistored i think. dont really know if thats good or bad for moped. kinda really wondering also
the "R" plugs work fine on a moped.
Resistor plugs are used to keep the radio from buzzing along with the rpm's. Used to be a problem in older cars and radios, but who runs a radio on your moped when you can listen to the sweet exhaust note. Won't hurt anything though.
Oh and I thought the R on the side of the plug was for "racing"... LOL.
