Serious Tuners - Little Question + Opinion Wanted

I'm not sure if the attachment worked but it's a picture of the Puch i'm going to paint and tune. I've been reading some forums and came across something about ZA50s and how the ones with black tranny covers were built with high performance clutches and roller bearing crank. Does mine have one? It's the black cover thing with the Puch logo on it right? And if so could i use a powerful kit on the engine? Thanks.

2nd try for attachment. (i now know what my 1978 sport mkii doesn't have the black tranny cover.) i'd still really like opinions on it.

I'm impressed-- the two responses to his question are actually from serious tuners...

Re: Serious Tuners - Little Question + Opinion Wan

my opinion sell the 2 speed for a 1 speed if you really wanna hustle.

your 2 speed is most likely not roller bearing. those were rare.

Re: Serious Tuners - Little Question + Opinion Wan

wow, 3 serious tuners

Re: Serious Tuners - Little Question + Opinion Wan

if you can't post pictures on this forum you probably shouldn't be building a moped for performance, let alone a za50.
