MOPED ARMY

OK so i just installed my 65cc speed kit for my moped. a little disappointed with the outcome. I thought i would have gotten more speed than i did.

I upjetted to a 76 jet. and i have the stock carb on the tomos lx.

i am now thinking about getting a 17.5mm PHVA carb . Do you think that this would give me some more top sppeed? IF so how much and is it worth it? I also need a bigger intake to get the full potential out of the carb. DOes anyone know anywhere to get a bigger intake to fit to the carb i want?
