what jet are you at now? whats your plug look like? if its black and oily you need to down jet, if its white upjet. usually just buy 5 or so in the range up or down you need and get used to taking your carb off

In short, you need a jet bigger than what you have now, and yes, there is such a thing as overjetting. If you have too much fuel, your bike will run poorly.
im not sure what jet im at now i think mayby 60 b/c it was jetted for the biturbo and when i put the UNI air filter on and try to give it gas it just boggs out. would a 70 jet be good or bigger?
also is jetting easy? can i do it myself?can some1 give my the steps in putting in and taking out a jet if you can it will be very much appreciated. THANKS
For some reason, it ate my link earlier. Copy and paste, I guess.

And yes, you can put a new jet in your carburetor by yourself. I think first you need to take your carb apart and figure out exactly what jet you have, although I also think that a jump of 10 sizes for just an air filter (if it really was already jetted for the Biturbo) is overkill. Probably one or two sizes up would be fine.
For tips, go to the wiki. Look under "Repair Tutorials" for "Repair Tutorial Videos." On that page, there is a link to a video about cleaning a Dellorto. You have a different moped and a different Dellorto, but it's essentially the same concept. You don't need to clean it since you're putting in a new jet, but you'll see where the jet is, how to get at it, and how to remove it.
take off your float bowl. then take a screw driver and stick it into the shiny screw thingy and turn counter clockwise. read the number printed on it. then get a few bigger numbers bigger than that. and buy a few spark plugs. and then eat a whole turkey smothered in peanut butter.
