Kit on a budget, E50 big power for a small price??

Ok. Let me start of with I am new to mopedin and I need more power. I've been searching the vast expanse of forum land and cannot seem to find "budgeted" kit info. I'm 6'3 235 and I need some more zip through a BOLT ON kit. I don't really have the means to fabricate other than my drill and dremel (case match). And I would like to keep it under or around $250; Oh yea and reliability is of great importance to this build.

Here is what I have:

'78 Free spirit, 1HP Puch E50, 14MM Bing ALL STOCK!

Here is what I am thinking:

65cc MEtra Kit -$140

70cc Treat Kit VersionII -$95

70cc K-star -$95

(I will be adding the hihi 70cc head for $30 undoubtedly)

Proma Pipe $70

Tecno Bullet $66

Tecno Boss $59

Also I would like to get a higher flow air filter and re-jet (something I will need to learn a bit more about)

And should I also look into getting a 3 shoe racing clutch?

What else would be recommended? Besides the sweet red paint job with racing stripes, streamers, and flame decals...

Re: Kit on a budget, E50 big power for a small pri

Personally, I would go with the MK65, decked 50cc head, tecno boss, drilled bing carb to 15mm or one of those dellorto clones off ebay. Drill your jets. Tune your 2 shoe. That's how I would get parts on the cheap. A MK65 can be over bored to fix any seizes you might have. They also have amazing torque if you tune them right. If you want more power, you can port it down the road.

The kstar is an ok kit, but for $15 I would buy a kit that could be over bored.

I have no idea about filters though. I design my own in autodesk inventor and then prototype them on a stereolithograph printer.
