well it depends, if you feel that its getting too hot you may have a jetting issue or an air leak, check your plug to see if it has a soft brown color to it, if its white then youre to lean and you'll have to check for air leaks or up jet, if its too black then your to rich and you'll have to down jet. hope this helps
